The plot
In the French-occupied Germany, the Grimm brothers deceive the people fighting against ghosts and witches created by themselves for money.
But one day, they are discovered by French authorities and they are forced by General Vavarine to resolve the mystery of Marbaden: 10 girls are missing. Vavarin and the brothers thinks other cheaters are behind it, but they will soon find out that they're wrong.
When they arrive, they ask the villagers for some clues. They think that the forest is cursed.
The Brothers Grimm intend to explore the forest, so they ask for a guide. Angelika.
Angelika lead them to a tower in the middle of the forest. Jacob thinks to search the tower, but Angelika tells him that there's no way in or out except one small window at the top. To go back to the village, Angelika asks Grandmother Toad the way back and licks her. That night, there was this child that went to a horse, but the horse ate her. Angelika went after the horse into the forest and the brothers, Cavaldi and Vavarin's men followed. But not everyone went out of it: Vavarin's men were killed by the forest.
when they return to it, they go into the tower and find out that the Turingian Queen lives in there from 500 years. She tries to enchant Jacob with the mirror (that shows the queen's aspect when she was young), but he returns, while Will was fighting against a werewolf, Angelika's father. The werewolf goes to the queen and tries to complete a spell of youth (you need 12 girls to do that, but don't do it), but he is hindered by Will and Jacob. Jacob knifes unintentionally Will, and the Queen wants to save him to make him complete the spell. But the werewolf, angry because his queen replaced him, breaks the mirror, and kill her. Then the tower falls and Jacob thinks it's all lost. But Cavaldi remembers that in a story, to save Will and the girls (also Angelika), you need a true love kiss, so Jacob kiss Angelika and all the girls are free, but they think Will is dying and so Angelika kiss him, but they found out that he was neither dying or dead, but he just wanted a kiss from Angelika. They all return to the village and the story ends.
